研究方向:

(1)食物资源中活性成分开发与利用:针对糖脂代谢调控及肠道功能紊乱等建立食物资源中功能因子筛选平台,利用多组学技术及分子生物学手段研究活性物质构效分子机制研究,建立功效因子高效制备体系及功效评价体系;

(2) 功能食品开发与利用:基于精准营养策略,构建具有靶向作用食源性纳米营养递送体系,实现功能因子提质增效,开发高附加值功能食品;


主要成果

        发表学术论文100余篇,其中以以第一及通讯作者Advanced Science、Biomaterials,Chemical Engineering Journal, ACS AMI等期刊发表SCI一区收录论文60余篇。以第一发明人申请国家专利23项,授权10项。获2023年辽宁省自然科学技术成果二等奖(第1完成人)。参与制定团体标准3项(第一完成成人1项)。国家“十四五”、“十三五”重点研发计划项目课题负责人,入选辽宁省“兴辽英才计划”,辽宁省“百千万人才工程”,江西省“井冈之星”青年科学家培养对象。曾获得了由美国油脂化学协会(AOCS)为纪念AOCS成立100周年颁发的“Certificate of Merit”奖;获得韩国食品协会举第四届国际功能食品会议International Conference on Food Factors “Travel Grant Award奖项”。
