妥彦峰
教 授,博士生导师。主要从事发酵乳制品中微生物构成与功能、发酵菌种生理代谢、益生菌功能、及菌种资源等方面的研究。围绕发酵食品微生物和益生菌功能,主持和参与国家、省部级纵向科研项目及企业横向项目9项,以第1作者及通讯作者发表学术论文40余篇,发表SCI收录论文30篇,授权发明专利5项。获得教学奖励、科研奖励各3项。

主持辽宁省一流本科课程“食品微生物学”;获得2017年度大连工业大学第九届“菁苑杯”教学大赛理工组三等奖;获2014-2015(1)学期教学评价优秀奖(校级);获大连工业大学第六届“新星杯”教学大赛3等奖;2011年获黑龙江省自然科学技术成果奖(122075)二等奖,第一完成人;2011年获得黑龙江省自然科学技术成果奖(123057)三等奖,第二完成人;2019年获新疆生产建设兵团科技进步二等奖,第三完成人;发表学术论文70余篇,其中以第一作者及通讯作者发表SCI及EI收录论文24篇;获得中国国家授权专利5项;参与制订中国轻工业联合会团体标准1项。
