研究方向

食品成分与肠道菌群的相互作用与应用

1、微生物代谢产物的开发与应用;

2、食品中不同成分通过肠道菌群影响人体健康的作用与机制。

参与国家重点研发计划项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金项目1项,参与省市级项目1项,主持省市级项目1项。发表学术论文17篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI收录论文7篇。以第一发明人申请国家专利1项。
