个人简介:

       2023年11月-至今,大连工业大学食品学院/国家海洋食品工程技术研究中心,校聘副教授

研究方向:

       蛋白质资源开发与利用,包括(1)化学改性诱导的蛋白质组装机制研究;(2)蛋白二维组装体的设计及功能活性开发。


主要成果:

       以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文13篇、作为主要完成人授权发明专利2项。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、国家重点研发计划项目子课题等国家级、省市级项目6项,入选大连市青年科技之星。指导学生获得校优秀毕业论文、“康美杯”健康食品创新创业竞赛省级优秀奖、辽宁省大学生食品创新大赛优秀奖等。
