个人简介：

2024年8月-至今，大连工业大学食品学院，副教授（校聘）；
2022年6月-2024年8月，大连工业大学食品科学与工程博士后；
2018年9月-2022年6月，大连工业大学食品科学与工程博士；
2015年9月-2018年6月，大连工业大学食品科学与工程硕士；
2011年9月-2015年6月，大连工业大学食品科学与工程学士；

研究方向：

益生菌及其胞外多糖的功能活性研究及应用；传统发酵乳微生物资源的挖掘与应用。

主要成果：

大连市高层次人才—青年才俊，以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文6篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目及国家重点研发计划项目多项。
