       刘政，博士，校聘副教授。
       2026年7月至今，大连工业大学食品学院，校聘副教授
       2019年9月至2026年6月，南京农业大学，食品科学与工程专业，博士（硕博连读）
       2015年10月至2019年6月，山西大学，食品科学与工程专业，学士

研究方向

       研究聚焦细胞培养肉的高效制备与质量安全，主要涉及种子细胞高效获取与干性调控、无血清培养体系开发、规模化扩增工艺及产品安全评价。

主要成果

       共发表学术论文13篇，其中以第一作者发表SCI论文2篇；完成科技成果转化一项。
